Island Time Real Estate was founded in 2017 with a simple idea to build a brokerage rooted in trust, relationships, and a genuine love for Florida’s coastal way of life. Based in Merritt Island and serving all of Florida, I work with both local and international clients, guiding projects ranging from small rental properties to large multifamily and commercial developments.

As a Broker with GRI and CIPS designations, I bring advanced training, global perspective, and hands-on experience to every transaction. My goal is simple: to provide clear communication, strong representation, and a smooth, clean closing for every client I serve.
